Professional Training. Nurturing Heart.
Founded in Cardiff in 2023 by Miss Danielle Emms, a school built on expertise, care and the belief that dance can transform lives.
Born in Cardiff. Rooted in Excellence.
En Pointe Theatre Arts was established in 2023 in South Wales with a clear vision: to provide every dancer, whatever their age, ability or background, with professional-standard training in a safe, nurturing environment.
What sets us apart is our holistic approach. Every class is informed by anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, reducing injury risk and building stronger, healthier dancers from the very start. Body conditioning and Progressing Ballet Technique are integrated throughout, not treated as extras.
From tiny tots taking their first ballet steps at age 2 to adults discovering dance for the first time at 45, and students pursuing professional careers. Everyone has a place at En Pointe Cardiff.

Both our recreational and vocational students perform in biennial theatre productions — real stage experience that builds confidence and artistry in equal measure. Beyond the theatre, our dancers perform at community events including Pontprennau Primary School Summer Fair and Peter Lea Primary School Summer Fayre.
Our dancers also visit care homes, hospitals and community venues across Cardiff, bringing joy to audiences who are genuinely moved by their artistry. We have heard comments like: “I remember doing ballet when I was younger. I loved seeing the young dancers.”
We deliver workshops for schools, Brownies, Guides and community groups, making dance accessible to everyone regardless of background.
